Today, we are taking the time to remind you, Adam4Adam users, to update your profile and to get your account verified because more and more A4A users are turning to the Internet and to Adam4Adam these days as we all observe social distancing. We encourage you to update your profile, your profile text, and your photos as well to make sure that your profile is ready for when this COVID-19 crisis is over. And this is also why now is as good a time as any to get verified so please check the guide outlined below to know how.
But why verify your photo and your account? Verifying your photo and your account is one way to protect yourself from fake users. More importantly, this feature ensures that you—our valuable Adam4Adam members—are getting the experience you deserve, that you get to have meaningful conversations, and that you get to chat with real people.
Getting your photo verified on Adam4Adam is easy and you can do it in three simple steps:
- Head over to “My Account” It is found in the top menu or at the upper left hand corner of your screen upon logging in.
- You will be presented with your “My Account Page.” Beside your username, click “Get Verified.”
- You will be prompted to take a selfie and be instructed to mimic a pose. Take a snap of yourself and click “SEND” button to send your photo to us.
Reminder: Click “Allow” button when a notification box appears asking you if you want to use your camera.
Please note that all photos are being manually approved or rejected by our team and if your profile photo doesn’t match your real-time selfie, you’ll get booted out of Adam4dam. And that’s it, guys! Easy as pie, right?

As long as people are updating their profiles, you might want to advise men to update their ages as well. I’m seeing lots of guy saying they are 50 when I know them personally and they’re older than I am. I’m 66. Maybe change the age field in the profile to date of birth. That way the age always updates. Posting one’s age wrong is almost as bad as posting fake photos.
Ronnie Tye
If someone posts an age which is a lie; they will post a birth date which is a lie, too. It works both ways: either you lie about the year or you lie about the birth day. Both serve the same function as does their lies they propagate.
