How can I get notifications to come to my phone like other apps

The survey is not really asking for genuine feedback based off of the possible selections (i.e. Instagram question: answers Yes I follow A4A on Instagram or No, but I will follow A4A on Instagram (not exact wording). Not just a plain No or Don’t Use Instagram. Most of the other questions are worded similarly.
