Speaking of all things sexy that turn people on, the denizens of Twitter are currently going gaga over pictures of men’s meaty thighs. Who can blame them though? Let’s take a look at some of the posts and what the gay men on Twitter are saying about it:
Naturally, there were plenty of admiring comments like: “Oh noooooo, I’m about to pass outttt. If only someone with big strong thighs and arms could come along and catch mee,” “I’m in love,” and “Omg I wish I could be squeezed by these thighs”
Meanwhile, the expression Thick Thighs Save Lives were posted repeatedly. Do you have any idea where the expression came from?
We did a little Googling and apparently, the phrase Thick Thighs Save Lives originated from health blog article written by blackdoctor.org. Published on December 19th, 2011, the article was titled “Thick Thighs Save Lives: Why Bigger Thighs Are Healthier (Seriously!),” and it discusses the findings of a Harvard study wherein survey participants with thick thighs were “found to be more resistant to health complications such as cancer, heart disease, and stroke.”
Today, Thick thighs save lives also has a popular acronym for the expression: TTSL.
Having said all that, what do you actually find most attractive? Huge muscular thighs, bulging pecs, or broad shoulders? Share with us your thoughts and stories in the comments section below!
Anyway, did you know, there’s a study that shows 37% of gay men preferred men to have a bigger lower body. This is definitely 5% higher than those who prefer men who have bigger upper body at 32% although of course, there are gay men who prefer their men to have a balanced body as well at 30%. Which of the three are you? Read the study in full here.
Of course, a good looking, in shape man will get a second look from me. But those not “Beauty Blessed” can get my attention as well.
It’s all a matter of the man overall, never just one attribute
Thick, oversized, bulging thighs? The ones that look unnatural and like they’re directly from “The Hulk”? Not a turn on. Freakish, for me personally. Any oversized muscle (yes, that one too) for me gives the same response. But a guy can do whatever he wants with his body. His body. His right.
There’s nothing worse than “gay Twitter.”
Or “Anabolic Steroids”
How about “Gay Banter”?
If those photo samples are considered “meaty thighs” then the Twitter/TikTok/Instagram crowds are clueless. First, the photos are a sad representiona of thighs and second, none of them have meaty, bulky, thick. When you look across most of social media, men have great arms, chest, etc.- everything about the waist looks wonderful. Why? Smaller muscles, improvement can be seen in a short period of time. Below the waist, it’s a sad story. Why? Longer muscles, takes time to devleop. That’s why men at the gym wear sweat pants – they have crappy legs. Even sadder is the guy doing a… Read more »
Yeah, I’ve noticed, like yesterday saw a young man jogging, great upper body, his legs were so skinny, though.
He must haven been a “Straight Boy”?
You bring up a good point.
The “Straight” boys thing an overly muscled, top body, will attract girls! Problem is…
there is nothing more hilarious and oxymoronic than a guy “above-the-waist developed” and below-
the-waist neglected!
“Gay Twitter”. Sounds like a real, substantial, sentient entity. Right up there with “The Community.”
Certain Gay men using “fluffy” devices to authenticate, validate themselves… as always.
Sadly, the Internet response has been such as “Gay men go crazy overy meaty thighs!”, making us all sound like ants swarming for food or dogs chasing squirrels or hyenas preying on small animals . No wonder most of Society thinks Gay men are ridiculous and not worthy of respect.
What about Vultures flying overhead?
What about Piranhas dinning in the rivers?
What about Locus upon the crops?
And, just plain Pestilence?
As the Infomercials say, “but wait! There’s more!”
