Good Monday everyone. Last week, I was interviewed by Global Dating Insights (GDI) reporter Dominic Whitlock about combatting sexual racism.

If GDI is familiar to you, it’s because they’ve been around since 2013 and they’re the leading source of news, information and analysis for the online dating industry. Their site has over 30,000 unique monthly visitors and they are being read in more than 100 countries today.

During this interview, I’ve talked about how Adam4Adam is helping combat sexual racism, a problem which—as we are all aware of—is rife within the LGBTQ dating community.

In accordance with this, we also discussed ‘NiceAF,’ A4A’s collaborative campaign launched this Pride Month along with other gay dating apps and Building Healthy Online Communities (BHOC). BHOC is an association of public health leaders and gay dating website and app owners who are working together to support HIV and STI prevention online. Anyway, NiceAF is a campaign promoting nicer, kinder interactions online between dating app users.

I’ve also talked about how Adam4Adam celebrated Pride Month during this lockdown and how we’d come together as a community and raised funds for the Black Lives Matter movement. You know, that time when we raised together and donated $10,000 to the National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC)—an organization dedicated to the empowerment of Black lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and same gender loving (LGBTQ/SGL) people, including people living with HIV/AIDS.

Having said all that, we’d like to thank GDI and Mr. Dominic Whitlock for having us. It was a huge honor to be invited on GDI and it was a pleasure talking about what Adam4Adam has been up to this year.

Without further ado, we’d like to share with you the aforementioned GDI podcast episode titled, “Adam4Adam’s COO Discusses Campaign Combating Sexual Racism.”

You can listen to the episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and SoundCloud.

Happy listening!
