So, one of our A4A blog readers named Lawrence mentioned Taylor Zakhar Perez. He said that Taylor “can wear clothes, and he modeled internationally before becoming a Red White & Royal Blue movie star.”

And… we agree with him! I mean I personally find him hot. I first noticed him on the widely popular Netflix film, The Kissing Booth 2, when he played the role of Marco Valentin Peña, the second male lead in the movie (the first lead being Jacob Elordi).

After notably gaining acclaim for his role in The Kissing Booth 2, Perez has swiftly ascended the ranks as viewers recognized him for his captivating presence and versatile performances. And clearly, I’m not the only one who noticed him. In fact, the gorgeous actor has stalkers and one of them followed him to China then followed him back home.

Born on December 25, 1991, in the vibrant landscape of South Side Chicago, Taylor Zakhar Perez grew up in Chesterton, Indiana. He was a swimmer in high school, and he was so great at it that he earned a swimming scholarship to Fordham University but he declined the offer, choosing instead to enroll at UCLA. There, he pursued a major in Spanish culture and community, complemented by a minor in film and television.

Since The Kissing Booth 2, Taylor Zakhar Perez has appeared in other movies and TV series like Minx (2022), 1UP (2022), and Red, White & Royal Blue (2023) where he starred with Nicholas Galitzine. In Red, White & Royal Blue, Perez played the role of Alex Claremont-Diaz, the US President’s son, and love interest of Prince Henry.

As to why he is quickly becoming the internet’s latest crush, one netizen said, “There’s something about him that just oozes sex but his real life personality makes him even more attractive.” Another reasoned, “He seems like such a fun, kind and sensitive guy.”

What I love about Taylor Zakhar Perez though, is the fact that he has a huge heart and he actively supports various charitable causes aimed at making a positive impact in the community. When asked in a particular interview why charity is important to him, he answered:

My mom and dad come from humble beginnings and they’ve always made a point to tell us how privileged we were growing up. No joke, any time we were ungrateful, it turned into an hour lecture which ultimately turned into some kind of house/yard work.  I don’t have one organization that I exclusively work with, but I have some family members with disabilities and I try to gear my outreach toward non-profits that support research or directly aid in a child’s development (e.g. education, familial assistance, etc.); anything that can take the stress off of the working parents.
