We all have hair down there; the question is what do you do about it? Do you do nothing? Or perhaps you shave your pubes, guys? Do you find shaved pubic hair more attractive? Why or why not?

As with all things in life, the answer to this question varies. Some of the gay men on Reddit, for example, say they prefer the natural look while the others go for the shaved pubes. Of course, there are also those who favor trimming their pubic hair.

For instance, MikeAlex01 is into the former. He said, “I love a hairy cock, so I say let the pubes go wild! Maybe trim a tiny bit, but don’t shave it off” while a guy whose username is GalahadGray disagrees a bit. For him, “It depends. Shaved or trimmed is good. Some full bushes are just… too much. Shaved balls, asses, and shafts are a must for me.”

Meanwhile, trimming seems a popular choice. A particular guy called Metrobear71 answered, “Trim. Don’t shave. Nothing weirder looking than a hairy dude with a bald triangle where his pubes should be. Also, shaved dicks look like hairless cats.”

Anyway, if you are into manscaping, you are not alone. According to a study, around 50.5% of the 4,198 men they surveyed—or a total of 2,120—do pubic hair grooming regularly. But why do they manscape?

The study found that “performing and receiving oral sex” is their main motivation. Further, they added:

The majority of men report grooming in preparation for sexual activity with a peak prevalence of 73% among men aged 25 to 34 years, followed by hygiene (61%) and routine care (44%). The majority of men who remove their pubic hair groom the hair above the penis (87%), followed by the scrotum (66%) and the penile shaft (57%).

For our Adam4Adam blog readers who do manscaping, can you relate to the reasons mentioned above or do you have another reason? Also, how much hair do you remove? Do you shave all of your pubic hair or just parts of it? Share with us your thoughts and stories in the comments section below.
