English singer and songwriter Sam Smith surprised their fans by releasing their latest single—a cover of Donna Summer’s 1977 disco classic titled I Feel Love and we thought it was epic! So whatever it is that you’re thinking of doing after reading this article, you’ve got to put it off for a few minutes, make sure you take some time to listen to their new track. It might make you want to dance a step or two by the way, you’ve been warned! Listen to the full song below:
Smith said about the song, “As a queer person ‘I feel love’ has followed me to every dance floor in every queer space from the minute I started clubbing. This song to me is an anthem of our community and it was an honour and most importantly so much fun to have a go at it.” They added, “Highest song I’ve ever fucking sang. But a joy. I hope you all like it xx.”
Reportedly, Smith’s version of I Feel Love—which was produced by Guy Lawrence of Disclosure—will be featured in Target’s holiday commercial this upcoming Christmas season.

Because of their latest song, their fans are speculating that Smith may be dropping an album soon as they released “How Do You Sleep?” last July 2019 and “Dancing with a Stranger” way back in January.
Your voice is phenomenal, Sam. Can’t be at home at the moment but can’t wait to get back to listen again and again and again… You are so talented. Can’t get enough…— Jillyb (@jillyswing) November 1, 2019

Happy listening!
Donna’s got nothing to worry about.
Not up to the original.
Oh my effen goodness! I have been playing this song like crazy everywhere I go. This is to me the song to let go and let someone see you and he sees how flexible, relaxed, spiritually free, knows you are what he desires when he sees you on the dance floor. He stands next to you and you both begin to dance to the hypnotic sounds of the music followed by Donna Summers voice and you both are taken away to another world where it is just you and him. WOW! this song is the song of songs . Thank… Read more »

My god, this is just plain creepy. Of course so is Sam Smith so it goes right along with his usual.
Who the fuck she think she is Sylestia ??
Sylvestia has nothing to worry about where she may be, bless him.
I’m sure that this’ll get some airplay at the “Farewell to Studio One” bash this Saturday night in WeHo…and us OG DJs from the days if yore will collectively wrinkle our noses….
What concerns me more is…how in the world are they going to get all those walkers and wheelchairs up those steps??? The elevator’s going to be working OT.
Reminds me of a cat in heat howling.
Took me right back to my skating rink boogie days… Such fun & carefree weekends
Nope… Not Feelin It… … MMMM No
