Cristiano Ronaldo, the world-renowned Portuguese football icon, is more than just a sports legend; he’s a global sensation who has successfully ventured into the realms of pop culture, becoming a pop icon with a social media reach that is 623 million strong. Dubbed by many as one of the sexiest footballers alive – the 39-year-old who is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time – was able to master the art of thirst traps as well.
Thirst trap, by the way, is described as “someone or something that attracts attention or strong desire.” It is also defined as “a photograph (such as a selfie) or video shared for the purpose of attracting attention or desire.”
In the era of social media, Ronaldo would, every now and then, publish captivating posts that draw his fans’ desire and admiration. Whether it is shirtless photos showcasing his sculpted abs or glimpses into his lavish lifestyle, each post keeps his fans thirsting for more, just like the one shown below:
Ronaldo’s popularity extends far beyond the football field. With an immense social media following, he commands attention and admiration from fans worldwide. His charismatic personality, philanthropic endeavors, and glamorous lifestyle contribute to his broader appeal.
Known for his chiseled physique, striking looks, and confident demeanor, Ronaldo is often hailed as one of the hottest athletes globally. Just last year, he was ranked by Pulse Sports as the 3rd most handsome footballers in the world in 2023. His dedication to fitness, fashion-forward style, and effortless charm makes him a constant subject of admiration.
More importantly, Ronaldo is recognized not only for his athletic prowess but also for his philanthropic endeavors, adding a layer of respect to the person beyond the sporting accolades.
In 2015, he was named the world’s most charitable sportsperson after he contributed £5 million to the relief efforts following the Nepal earthquake. Ronaldo’s commitment to giving back extends to the digital realm with the launch of CR7Selfie, an app dedicated to charitable causes. This means that fans who wish to have a selfie with Ronaldo can do it with CR7Selfie “wherever and whenever they please.” In the past, a percentage of the proceeds went to Save the Children although a statement in 2022 from Save the Children said: “Cristiano Ronaldo has been a supporter of Save the Children’s work for impoverished families around the world. “He has not worked with Save the Children since July 2018 and is no longer a Save the Children ambassador.”
On top of these, Ronaldo is also an ambassador for UNICEF (an agency of the United Nations responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide) and World Vision, “a global humanitarian organization devoted to improving the lives of children, their families, and communities to overcome poverty.”
During his 2014 Ballon d’Or speech, Ronaldo highlighted the plight of children battling leukemia, shedding light on a cause close to his heart. In 2020, he demonstrated his commitment to global well-being by donating €1 million to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ronaldo’s impact extends to Africa as well, where he has contributed funds for building schools and hospitals. Notably, he has auctioned personal items, like his Golden Boot award, and donated the proceeds to charitable causes. Reportedly, he does regular visits to hospitals and orphanages to meet with children in need. Utilizing his influential platform, Ronaldo actively advocates for significant issues such as child labor and poverty. Clearly, Ronaldo embodies an athlete making a meaningful difference in the world. Read more here.
Additionally, he serves as an ambassador for The Mangrove Care Forum in Indonesia, actively promoting awareness and conservation efforts for mangroves. His involvement in these charitable initiatives showcases a deeper commitment to making a positive impact beyond the football field.
Ronaldo’s unique blend of athletic prowess, undeniable attractiveness, and strategic social media presence has solidified his status as a multifaceted icon, transcending the boundaries of sports and leaving an indelible mark on the world’s stage.
Having said all that, what do you think about Cristiano Ronaldo, guys? Is he hot or not? Comment down below!
HELL………………NO…………..!!!!!
Well built, well maintained, talented when it comes to sports, wealthy, and generous.
He presents himself as Straight and there’s no evidence in the media over the years that he’s anything but. In long-time relationship with a woman. Is a father. Has expressed passing respect for the LGTBQ+ but not an activist for them.
Gay guys need to respect him for all that. Dismissing his sexuality and fantasizing/drooling over him is as disrespectful as Straight guys treating Gays as “fags”, “fudge-pushers”, “fairies”, and “homos”.
Not hot. I can’t get lathered up over Straight guys or celebrities.
Hunter0500:
While we understand your “Humanitarian” bent of Ronaldo’s contributions and relevance –
his “Self-made” video depicts his body, crotch and ass in all of their glory. He is 39 not 19 and he is
aware of 40 being “Right around the corner”.
Thus his video defines him as an athlete and yet imprisons him as a fine body
on the cusp of aging.
He is man candy in all of its splendor!
40? Old?
If there’s “agism”, why am I in my 60s having so many great repeated sex events with men of character and talent? And said men are in their 30s to 80s.
“Agism” just means “younger guys (20s 30s) who don’t understand they and their peers are spinning through space aging by the day. And ‘oh woe is us .. when younger guys don’t want them.’ “
Hunter0500:
I was talking about the general perception of a given age number.
40 is such a number. He is part of society and he is not immune to that magic number.
He’s “handsome,” I leave it at that. I have no lust for him, though, just because.
There are a lot of sexiest football players. He’s not my type but it’s all subjective.
you have seen worse?
Have you had better?
He was not a football player but yes, I have had better.
Not really my type. He is too “pretty boy” and smooth.
Hmmm… Football? Looks like a soccer player to me.
“fooooot – bawl” Where they yell “GOOOOOAAAALLLLL” when there’s a score.
A HOT LATIN MAN!!! ❤❤❤
Indeed!
Smooth as silk; lean as Veal!
Tight as a Vice!
Cristiano is a good-looking man. One of hundreds of thousands on this planet. He is also very high maintenance. Everything is waxed, and not a hair is out of place when he goes out in public. Most of us do not enjoy the constant waiting on someone who spends hours in front of a mirror getting ready and generally causes us to be late for important functions. Sorry, but he just wouldn’t be worth the required effort.
In the United States he would not be considered a football player by any imagination!!! Soccer yes football hell no…. HOT yes
