Zac Efron made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Ellen had a huge surprise for him in the form of the actor’s Madame Tussauds Hollywood wax figure. The aforementioned wax figure is his latest (he actually has several others displayed in Madame Tussauds in London, Berlin, and Washington, D.C.) and it was fashioned from his 2017 Baywatch movie character, the mostly shirtless with rock hard six pack abs lifeguard Matt Brody.
Efron was so impressed by the wax figure’s uncanny resemblance to his Baywatch character that he blurted out, “holy sh*t!” Upon closer inspection, he said, “Whoever did this, I’m very impressed and scared.”
Madame Tussauds’s wax figure of him got everything right down to the last detail. Yep, even the veins in his stomach. In fact, the actor lifted his shirt as proof, much to the delight of the studio audience. Zac Efron however, was quick to remind everyone that he only transformed his physique for the movie and it’s not the ‘real him,’ explaining, “It’s a little bigger than me. That’s too big and don’t try—and for guys, that’s unrealistic, I’m telling you. Like, I got very big and buff for that movie but yeah, I don’t want people to think that’s the best way to be. Like, be your size. It’s not—like, I don’t want to glamorize this.”
Zac Efron has a new movie due for release this May 3, 2019 titled, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile (2019, Joe Berlinger). Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile is an American biographical crime thriller film about serial killer Ted Bundy and is based on the book “The Phantom Prince: My Life with Ted Bundy.”
Happy viewing!
show-off cuttie pie.
The multiple displays by Madame Tussaud’s’ Wax Museum, of Zac Efron, is absolute proof that such illuminating and inspirational figures that used to provide the Museum with a bounty of creativity has declined; hence, the only thing the Museum can find to create another Wax Figure is someone whose only real fame is a very decent body with little or no talent underneath the flesh? Also, read his responses…as someone who taught ESL for twenties years, I had better speakers, with better grammar, on the first day of class, than Zac… having been born in The United States. A sad… Read more »
