Adam4Adam readers who are fans of Dua Lipa, Missy Elliott, and Madonna—you are in for a treat! Dua Lipa has dropped the music video of the new remix of Levitating, a track from her second album released last March called Future Nostalgia and fans can’t get enough of it.

The remix version of Levitating by The Blessed Madonna features the vocals of the Queen of Pop Madonna and rapper Missy Elliott. Each of them sings a verse and of course, we hear Missy Elliott rap as well.

Levitating received good reviews.

Rolling Stone described it as a “fast-paced romp with Lipa and Madonna trading verses and harmonizing together on the tongue-twistingly sped-up track.” The reviewer added, “The beat is no match for Elliott, who offers a flirty, freaky new verse of her own.” Billboard on the other hand, had said, “The power quartet together lifts the already buoyant track to new heights.”

Some fans, however, are lamenting over Madonna’s non-appearance on the music video.

“I was really expecting for Madonna to show up but :(,” one fan commented on YouTube but another fan seems to have the answer to the mystery. “Madonna isn’t in the video because she is levitating,” he quips.

This other fan however, noticed something different altogether, “Everyone in the comment section: No Madonna, I’m disappointed. Me: So they are drawing a golgi apparatus at 1:40.”

To quench her fans’ thirst, Madonna has released a clip of her singing Levitating via her Instagram account and just in time for her birthday, too.
