Facials—some guys find them exhilarating, others cringe at the thought. But what about you, guys, do you like facials? Do you enjoy receiving them, or is it more exciting to be the one ejaculating on your partner’s face? And most importantly—why? Or why not?

For me, facials don’t do much—I’d way rather swallow every drop from a trusted partner. Still, I can’t deny the thrill of seeing hot cum face shots. Watching a dominant guy paint someone’s face hits different—it’s raw, primal, and insanely erotic.

Anyway, survey data from 2020 revealed that 47.7% of men had ejaculated on a partner’s face during their lifetime, while 52.7% of men who have sex with men had experienced facial themselves. Extrapolating from that, it’s likely a significant share of gay men have at least dabbled in or fantasized about facials.

Why do some love them? For many, facials are a potent blend of drama and dominance. There’s a raw eroticism in the final release—the visual climax captured in a single, messy moment. To be the giver can feel powerful, a way to express control and leave a literal mark. And for the recipient, there’s vulnerability, a feeling of being overwhelmed and claimed in the most intimate way.

On the flip side, others pull back. The idea of cum hitting your face can be startling—or feel dirty instead of sexy. Concerns around cleanliness, hygiene, or potential skin irritation are real, especially during hookup sex, where plans may take unexpected turns. More importantly, some gay men feel that being cummed on the face is degrading. Meanwhile, some simply prefer the intimacy of swallowing or keeping bodily fluids between consenting adults, where emotions and trust are already built.

Having said all that, what about you, Adam4Adam blog readers? Are facial cumshots a turn-on or a turn-off for you? Do you love the raw dominance, the theatrical finish, the taboo thrill? Or does it just feel messy, uncomfortable, or unnecessary to you? Maybe you’re totally neutral—and it depends on the guy/your partner or hookup?
