Who is your current celebrity crush, guys? We’re asking because it’s normal for our crushes to change every so often and also because some of the gay men on Reddit talked about theirs. Is your crush on their list? Anyway, read on to find out who they think are the hottest male celebrities of today:

  • Taron Egerton – for others it’s his acting, his British accent, or his singing voice, maybe it’s all three. This talented actor recently voiced Johnny in Sing 2. He also played the role of Elton John in the gay singer’s biopic titled Rocketman. I watched said films and he was terrific on both. 


  • Simu Liu – this Chinese-born Canadian actor recently played the role of Shang-Chi in the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe movie titled Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. The commenter said pf Liu, “He got me to watch my first Marvel movie.” While another guy said, “I haven’t watched the movie yet, but I saw a clip where he was shirtless on stage and oh my god.”
  • Keiynan Lonsdale – is best-known for his role as Wally West/Kid Flash on The CW series The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow and as Bram Greenfeld on Love, Simon. I recently watched his film called Work It, and I must say that this guy isn’t just hot and talented; he’s a great dancer, too!


  • Henry Cavill – the Superman actor was mentioned quite often, it’s probably safe to say that he topped the list. It’s probably his body, cleft chin, his eyes, his voice, his British accent…. I mean did you watch him as Geralt of Rivia in the Netflix fantasy series called The Witcher? If you haven’t yet, you really, really should. 
  • Idris Elba – the man rumored to be the next James Bond though he already quashed that rumor. This English actor starred in several films namely: Zootopia, Finding Dory, and Thor: Ragnarok to name a few. The commenter especially liked Idris Elba on The Suicide Squad, he explained, “People who like daddies would melt at the sheer sight of him and that voice.”

And of course, all the Chrisses were mentioned as well: Chris Pratt, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pine. It may already be 2022, but the battle for the hottest Chris continues.
